ECM is a full-service consulting and coaching firm for high performing executives. Our mission is to help our clients find joy at work and in life. We believe that it is possible for each individual to be happy at work, make the money they deserve, have a full personal and professional life and be heard and understood at home and at work. Who we are

Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin, Executive Consultant and CEO Elizabeth is the CEO and lead Executive Consultant at ECM Executive Consulting. Elizabeth spent fourteen successful years as a lawyer in private practice before founding ECM, working both sides of the aisle as a high-powered trial lawyer and litigator, including with the Wall Street powerhouse Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. For over ten years, Elizabeth has taught Continuing Legal Education courses on both substantive and professional topics. Since 2010, Elizabeth has also taught at Columbia University School of Law as a Lecturer-in-Law.
